Our current processing time is 2 to 5 business days on all orders. After the order dispatch, shipping might take approximately 15-20 business days depending on your country or region. Most customers receive their order faster than expected, but delays are possible.
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via support@innobello.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the emailed receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@innobello.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
